Shipping information:
UK standard delivery: 3-7 business days - £6.99
International Shipping (Europe): 5-12 business days - £15
International Shipping (Rest of World) - 5-14 business days - £25
Please note, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, deliveries are likely to be delayed, which is completely out of our control. We will do everything we can to ensure that your parcel is received within the shipping days mentioned above.
Processing time is 5-10 BUSINESS days (this excludes bank holidays) as our wigs are not created in bulk. Once your order has been dispatched our team will provide you with a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email. Please ensure that your email address is correct. Please allow up to 24-48 hours once receiving your order confirmation to receive your tracking number.
It is your duty as the customer to ensure that your delivery address is correct. We do not offer refunds or replacement of goods that are sent to the incorrect address. Once the product is returned to us, we can however offer to resend the product to the correct address once the customer has paid for new postage. We do require a signature upon arrival of goods delivered to your address. This is to ensure that we are delivering to the right persons/address. If you are not in, or are unavailable to sign for your package, your package will then be returned to your local depot.
Custom Fees and Import Taxes:
Delivery may be delayed depending on your country’s customs. Some countries may incur fees or tariffs even after the package has been accepted. LWD and the courier are not liable nor do we have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package. We suggest checking with your local post office with regards to whether these fees apply to you. LWD does not cover additional custom fee charges. LWD is not responsible or liable for import duties, custom fees or any other additional charges.
Refund Policy:
For hygiene purposes, all items purchased are FINAL and cannot be refunded. Refunds and exchanges are NOT offered on any product as all our products are final sale.
We encourage you to test all hair products by carrying out a 24-hour patch test before use. Please refer to the product pages for specific detail. We are not liable for personal damage caused.
Cancellations:
All orders are automatically processed as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, whilst we understand orders may need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it once it has been processed.
